Our case managers have extensive experience and an average of 20 years in the field. They provide 24/7 support to our families and have the expertise to be effective working in complex systems for the benefit of the children entrusted to our agency. Since the Smith Agency has an extensive continuum of services for children including two schools and several residential treatment centers, our foster program is uniquely positioned to assist in stepping children down from higher levels of care and moving them into family homes.
